The hollow thermal insulation broken bridge structure technology uses the connection surface of the window frame profile and the window sash profile to be provided with a reinforced seal. The seal includes a heat insulation strip and a first rubber strip respectively arranged on the side of the window frame profile and the window sash profile. The interior of the heat insulation strip and the first rubber strip is a hollow structure, so that the middle of the heat insulation strip and the first rubber strip forms a strip-shaped inner cavity. The additional seal includes a second rubber strip arranged between the window sash profile and the edge of the glass. The structural design is scientific and reasonable, and easy to implement. By adding a hollow structure to the heat insulation strip and the first rubber strip and thickening them, when the window is closed, the effective contact surface is increased by generating dislocation deformation, so that the contact between the window sash and the window frame is closer. It is used in combination with thin insulating glass to improve the performance of the entire window system.

Hollow insulation broken bridge structure technology (door and window profiles) is a new type of high-performance building material with excellent insulation, sound insulation, watertightness, airtightness and other properties. It is an important choice for green energy saving in modern buildings.
